Since I came back from vacation

I gained 6 pounds from October 15th - November 7th


Well at least it wasn't my whole 10 pounds that I lost and I am determined to get back to my ten pound loss and continue to lose more weight!

I didn't walk yesterday so I ran on my elliptical for 10 minutes instead. I'm so happy to have found the motivation to do something instead of telling myself I'll skip it and do it tomorrow.

That is ok! Next week will be better. Those vacations are hard. WTG on the elliptical! :)

Its a tough time of the year so we all have to be very mindful of what we put in our mouths, I'm really fighting and struggling but we can do this! I just keep telling myself once the holidays are over I'll kick it up a notch but I think I need to kick it up a notch NOW...great job on the Elliptical!

see that really isnt so bad! I find that its never as bad as people think, becasue usually we think the worst. I think that is nothing! You can get that off real fast by pushing the water, upping your exercise, and just eating right.
